This is a natural home remedy for Flu symptoms:
8oz Hot Green tea
1 Tablespoon, Honey
1 Tablespoon, Lime Juice
1/4 Pinch cinnamon
1/4 Pinch Turmeric
5-10 Slices of Ginger
To satisfy personal taste use more HONEY or LIME or GINGER.
This will help your immune system fight off any invading organism weather is bacterial or viral.
Keep yourself warm.
Wear socks and sleep as much as possible.
Drink as much as possible, and as frequent till you feel well again.
In future if you feel a flu coming on take your homemade tea remedy right away.
